  • Full DMAIC with statistical rigor
  • Descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, confidence intervals
  • Measurement System Analysis (Gage R&R), process capability (Cp, Cpk)
  • Control charts, basic FMEA, correlation & regression
  • Project charters, stakeholder management, Minitab/Excel analysis

Certifications worth having

  • ASQ Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) — gold standard, requires a project
  • IASSC Green Belt — exam-only, well recognized
  • Villanova, Purdue, or GE-affiliated programs
