Everyday use: Noticing waste and flagging it, contributing ideas in a kaizen event, understanding why a Green Belt asks you to track task time.

Job titles: Customer service rep, admin assistant, warehouse associate, entry-level analyst, help desk technician.

PM equivalent: Stakeholder/team member — provides input during Define and Measure, holds no formal project authority.
